Refund policy
All sales are final. Due to the live aspect of plants, no returns or exchanges can be made.
If your packaged or item happens to arrive damaged (before unboxing), contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Be prepared to send photos to document the damage, that way we can better assess how to proceed with correcting the situation. While issues are rare, if you do encounter any, we assure you that we will work with you to make it right.
