Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped out the following Monday-Tuesday from the purchase date. This ensures that your plant experiences the lowest amount of travel stress with the least transit time possible (avoiding weekends where packages may sit in shipping facilities).

As such, processing takes 2-5 business days, and once in transit, takes an additional 1-3 business days to arrive at your doorstep. We also try to account for extreme weather, which may create delays (refer to our FAQ section for more info.).
